Special Levy Online Form The purpose of the Special Levy structure is to clearly distinguish between: • Normal operational expenditure, which is covered by the monthly levy; and • Long-term capital and infrastructure expenditure, which is funded through the Special Levy. The Special Levy is specifically allocated towards the maintenance, upgrading, and replacement of major assets and infrastructure managed by the HOA on behalf of all members. These include, amongst others, roads, perimeter security systems, access control infrastructure, thermal cameras, streetlights, and guardhouse improvements.
