Bendor Village was established as a township development some 19 years ago and 62 erven were registered as part of the first phase in Bendor Extension 10, comprising the erven to the north of Aletta Street. The second phase of the development, Extension 11 to the south of Aletta, followed and a number of sub-divisions in both extensions took place.
The initial property owners decided to form the Section 21 Company previously referred to. Security measures and other obligations were imposed, and the Bendor Village Home Owners' Association today has 145 registered property owners.
A milestone in the history of the Village was reached in February 1998 when the streets were registered in the name of the HOA. Bendor Village became a fully-fledged private security township reserving the right of admission.
Bendor Village is renowned for its state of the art security measures, which allow residents to reside in safe and secure tranquility
Security measures includes:
- Electrified perimeter fencing
- Surveillance cameras
- 24-hour guarding & patrols
- Biometric access control
It is our number one priority and we take great care in ensuring that our residents have peace of mind.
